I lost my Ayden before he got a chance at life. I was 22 weeks pregnant and my water broke a few days after Thanksgiving. He held on until the end with a strong heartbeat until my body gave me no choice but to deliver him. His heart stopped shortly before I gave birth. He weighed 14oz and was 11.5 inches long.
To this day I have been given no answers on why I lost him. I had a very healthy pregancy...almost textbook style. I had just found out 2 weeks prior to this loss that he was a boy and he would doing very well and growing just as he should. They assume some sort of infection had occured when my water broke or caused my water to break but nothing has been conclusive. His death was ruled "Still Birth."
He would be 2 years old by now and not a day goes by that I don't talk to him or think about him. He is the reason I am who I am today. His brief time with me...growing, moving and kicking about showed me more about love and life that I could ever imagine. His little soul is in a much better place. He taught me so much and constantly still does to this day. For him to never take a breath, he is the biggest inspiration I could have ever created.

As You Sleep
Ayden as you sleep in Heaven we weep on earth. As you send us
goodness we see the sorrow. As you send us laughter we know
because of you there is a better tommorow. The worlds in turmoil
as you must know. But God was good to us and took the perfect
one to send us peace, to show us love to light our worlds from
up above. We feel your presence in all the good we never falter
as people should. It is because you lead the way, your ever
presence lights the day. I love you Aiden you know we know you
have so much work for our family is a large one. I know you
have helpers, Grandpa Lee, Grandma Corien, Grandpa and
Grandma Angelita, My sister Lanore, Your Uncle Leonard
